We currently offer US continental shipping and all shipments will be shipped within 4-6 business days of order. Please note that cord + cotton will not be held responsible for items once they are delivered to the door. Any rug issue, damage, or defect must be reported within 24 hours of rug delivery or the customer will be held responsible.
We will happily return (for store credit only) or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of delivery. Each returned rug will incur a $40 restocking fee ($20 for pillows).
